Job Description

Do you have the commitment and desire to make a real difference to people’s lives? If you do, we want you to add flair to our affordable housing design and quality agenda, promote sustainable development and offer practical guidance on supply chain management. You will build strong relationships with a portfolio of affordable housing development partners and will offer practical and technical advice regarding our Design and Quality standards within our Affordable Housing Programmes for London and the South East of England. You will also oversee our partners audit programmes and conduct regular site visits to review the delivery of quality homes, providing them with regular assessments of their performance.

Knowledge of how the affordable housing sector procures and constructs homes to meet design standards is a must, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills. A background in either quantity surveying, architecture or other related background would be a distinct advantage, as would an understanding of sustainable housing design, planning processes and modern methods of construction.

Benefits include final salary pension scheme, generous leave entitlement and flexible working.
