| Job Description |
|
The Housing Corporation is the Government agency that funds new affordable housing and regulates housing associations in England. The work we do and the money we invest means the chance for many more people to have a decent home, safer streets and a better quality of life.
This is a key role providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to staff at all levels across our Leeds Office. You will co-ordinate travel schedules, arrange and service meetings, manage electronic diaries, type documents and correspondence, assist with facilities management, meet and greet visitors, distribute and dispatch mail and raise purchase orders. You will also assist with office filing and photocopying.
A team player with a ‘can do’ approach, you will have excellent administration, secretarial and organisation skills and will be able to manage a busy and varied workload. You will also have good communication and interpersonal skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
