| This is an excellent opportunity for a Housing Officer to join a progressive organisation based in London. Reporting to a Senior Housing Officer, with responsibility for the management of a patch of mixed tenure properties, the postholder will ensure the provision of an efficient, effective, customer oriented and comprehensive housing management service to an allocated patch of rented and mixed tenure properties. The successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with breaches of tenancy conditions, allocations and lettings, void control, and arrears prevention. Other duties will include liaison with the maintenance team, some involvement in resident consultation and participation |
